Routine Calculation

  • Time per group = Base time x Tightness multiplier x Pass multiplier
  • Bilateral muscles are doubled (left and right sides)
  • Warm-up time is added for initial mobility before rolling

Tightness Multipliers

Mild: 0.75x | Moderate: 1.0x | Severe: 1.5x

Base times range from 30-60 seconds per muscle group per side.
