Estimation Methods
- Cooper Test: Run as far as possible in 12 minutes. VO2max = (distance - 504.9) / 44.73
- Rockport Walk: Walk 1 mile as fast as possible. Uses time, weight, age and gender.
- 1-Mile Run: Run 1 mile at maximum effort. Uses velocity-based estimation.
- Race Time: Uses your 5K race time with the Daniels VDOT method.
